Be a good example for others

"Salt makes food taste good. And salt makes food last a long time. You are like salt. You need to be like good salt. Then you can help people know what is right. You can be a good example for others. You can help others say 'no' to bad things. But if salt does not taste salty anymore, then it is no good. People cannot make it taste salty again. People will throw that salt away. Is that like you? Do you do bad things? Are you a bad example for others? Oh-oh. Then you are far away from God. Then you do not help others know what is right. Then God will punish you" (Matthew 5:13, The B-I-B-L-E).

Jesus will come back soon

"Now we live in the world. But our time in the world is almost done. Jesus will come back soon. So we need to stop doing bad things. We need to say 'no' to bad things. We need to do the things that make God happy."

Always try to make God happy

"Before, you were far away from God. You did bad things. But now you are trusting in Jesus. God forgave your sins. God gave you a new life. Let God be the ruler of your life. Love God with your whole heart. Stay close to God. Use self-control. Make yourself do what is right. Always try to make God happy."
(Romans 6:13, The B-I-B-L-E)

Jesus is just the best gift!

"We should all tell God 'thank you.' God gave us the best gift of all! God sent Jesus to die for our sins. Jesus took our punishment. Jesus made the way for us to be right with God. Jesus made the way for God to take away our sins. Jesus is just the best gift! Jesus is the most awesome gift! We do not even know any words to tell how awesome Jesus is!" (2 Corinthians 9:15, The B-I-B-L-E)

Knowing Jesus is just the best thing

"Jesus is my Lord. Jesus is the ruler of my life. Knowing Jesus is just the best thing. I want to keep on growing to know Jesus better and better. I do not want to mess around with other things. The other things are just like trash. They are not important at all" (Philippians 3:8, The B-I-B-L-E).

Jesus' love is the most important thing in my life

"Jesus' love is amazing. Jesus' love is the most important thing in my life. My heart is full of Jesus' love. It makes me want to do what is right. It makes me want to work hard. It makes me care about you. We have all done bad things. Jesus died for our sins. Jesus took our punishment. Now we are trusting in Jesus. Jesus gave us a new life. Jesus is the ruler of our life. Sin is not the ruler of our life anymore. It is like our old self died with Jesus. That old life is done. Sin cannot hold us tight anymore."

Jesus is always on their side

"All people have done bad things. Their sins make them be far away from God. They cannot get right with God by themselves. But Jesus died for their sins. Jesus took their punishment. So people need to trust in Jesus. They need to ask God to forgive their sins. Then they will be right with God. Then God will take away their sins. Then they will have eternal life. And Jesus is always asking God to help them. Jesus is always asking God to make them strong to do what is right. Jesus is always asking God to help them say "no" to bad things. Jesus is always on their side" (Hebrews 7:25, The B-I-B-L-E).
