Go for it!

"Always read my Word. Always study my Word. Always think about my Word. Think about it all day. Think about it all night. Make yourself obey it. That is the way to be a winner. Then things will go well for you. I am telling you what to do. I am giving you a command. Be strong! Go for it! Be brave! Do not be scared! Do not think that your job is too hard. Remember that I will always be with you. I will be with you in every place. I am the Lord. I am stronger than anything! I am the ruler of everything! I am God!” (Joshua 1:8-9)

Jesus is the ruler of my new life

"I used to think I had to obey all the rules. I used to think that was the way to be right with God. But I could never obey all the rules. I could never be right with God that way. God was not happy with me. My old self tried to obey the rules. My old self said that was the way to be right with God. I tried very hard. But I did not make God happy. God showed me that way does not work. So I asked Jesus to forgive my sins. I asked Jesus to make me right with God. My old self died. It is not the ruler of my life anymore. Jesus gave me a new life. Jesus is the ruler of my new life" (Galatians 2:19, The B-I-B-L-E).

Thanksgiving

"Always have a thankful heart. No matter what happens, keep on being thankful. That is what God wants you to do. You are part of God’s family. You are trusting in Jesus. So that is what God wants you to do"
(1 Thessalonians 5:18, The B-I-B-L-E).

Jesus made the way for us to be right with God.

"I am the God-man. I did not come for you to do something for me. I came to do something for you. You have done bad things. God is ready to punish you. But I came to take your punishment. I came to take your place. I came to give my life. I came to make the way for you to be right with God" (Matthew 20:28, The B-I-B-L-E).

Progress report

For those of you who are following the progress on The B-I-B-L-E, I want to tell you that I am moving forward well. I now have about 83% of the New Testament either already published or in rough draft. My goal is to print the whole New Testament as a volume. Please pray for the Lord's guidance and blessing on this work. May the Lord receive glory and may many children grow to know God better and better through this work.

God's great plan for your life

"I am your God. I have a great plan for you. I will do good things for you. I will not hurt you. My plan is the best. Good things will happen to you. You can count on that. You can trust in me. You can have hope. Then you will pray to me. And I will listen. Do you really want to know me? Do you really want to be close to me? Are you trying hard to do what is right? Then you will find me. Then you will be close to me" (Jeremiah 29:11-13, The B-I-B-L-E).
