God will give a prize that lasts forever!

"Some people are good at sports. They have to work hard to be strong. They have to work hard to be fast. They want to win the race. They want to win the game. they want to get a prize. Life is like a race. If we keep on trusting in Jesus, we will win a prize. If we keep on doing what is right, we will win a prize. A runner just gets a trophy. The trophy will get old. It will not keep on being beautiful. But God will give a prize that lasts forever. God will give eternal life. We can live with God in heaven forever"
(1 Corinthians 9:25, The B-I-B-L-E).

You need to be ready for Jesus to come back

"Jesus said, 'Listen! Pay attention! I will come back all of a sudden. Robbers come all of a sudden. No one knows that they are coming. I will come all of a sudden too. You need to always be ready for me to come back. You need to always think that I could come that day. Be careful about how you live. Always be ready for me to come. If you do bad things, you will be sad when I come back. If you do bad things, you will want to hide when I come back'"
(Revelation 16:15, The B-I-B-L-E).

"I came for people who know that they are far away from God."

"Jesus said, 'Sick people need a doctor. People who are well do not need a doctor.' I will tell you what that means. Jesus talked about sick people. That means people who know that they are far away from God. Jesus is like the doctor. Some people knew that they were far away from God. They knew that they were sinners. They came to Jesus to get right with God....'Some people think that they are good. I did not come for them. I came for people who know that they are far away from God. I came for people who know that they are sinners. I came to tell them to stop doing bad things. I came to tell them to trust in me'"

Faith is being sure!

"We talk about faith. What does that word mean? Well, we can hope that a good thing will happen. But faith is not just hoping. Faith is being sure! If we have faith, then we are sure that the good thing will happen. Faith is not just wishing for something. Faith is being sure! Faith is being sure that something will happen. We do not have that good thing yet. We cannot see that good thing yet. But we are sure that it will happen. You need to trust in God. You need to have faith in God. That is the only way to make God happy. Do you want to be close to God? Then you need to know that he is real. You need to know that he is true. You need to know that he will pay attention to you. You need to know that he will come close to you"
(Hebrews 11:1,6, The B-I-B-L-E).

Now God talked in a new way

"Long ago, God sent prophets. The prophets told God's words. The prophets told what was going to happen. That was the way that God talked to the people who came before us. God talked lots of times. God talked in lots of ways. But now, God talked in a new way. God sent Jesus to the earth. Jesus is God's Son. Jesus came to tell God's words. That was God's new way to talk to people..."
(Hebrews 1:1-2a, The B-I-B-L-E).

Our ideas are too small!

"We try to think about how amazing God is. But our ideas are too small. We try to think about the amazing things that God can do. But our ideas are too small. God is greater than any of our ideas. God is stronger than we can think. Maybe we wish to do good things. God will help us do much better than that. Maybe we wish to do important things. God will help us do much better than that. What do you want to do? God will help you do much better things than that. You can only do those amazing things when God is the ruler of your life. God will make you strong. God wil keep on working in your heart" (Ephesians 3:20, The B-I-B-L-E).

God will get you out of every problem

"Do you love God? Then he will hear your prayers. He will take care of you. He will save you when you are in trouble. Do you feel very sad? God will be close to you. Do you feel like you cannot keep on going? God will take care of you. Do you obey God? You will have many problems. But God will help you. He will get you out of every problem" (Psalm 34:17-19, The B-I-B-L-E).
